This is a translation of the Indonesian terms. If the two differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

1. About us

PostingAja (postingaja.com) is operated by WILLIAM, a sole proprietor based in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using PostingAja, you enter into an agreement with WILLIAM under these terms.

2. Acceptance

By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Notice. Continuing to use the service after these terms are updated means you accept the updated version. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.

3. The service

PostingAja is software that creates videos from photos and material you upload using templates, drafts captions with the help of AI, and schedules and publishes them to the social media accounts you connect. Features may change, be added or be discontinued over time.

4. Third-party platform accounts

• You connect Instagram, Facebook Page, TikTok or YouTube accounts through each platform's official login and allow us to publish content on your behalf on the schedule you set. You can revoke this permission at any time.
• We only use the platforms' official APIs. You must comply with each platform's terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service when connecting YouTube.
• Platforms may reject, limit or remove content, and their API rules may change. We do not guarantee any number of views, followers or interactions.

5. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos, logos, music and data you upload, and of the videos and captions produced for you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and publish that content solely to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload, including permission from clients or people shown in photos, and licences for any music you use.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your content, including not publishing fake testimonials or misleading claims.

6. AI-generated content

• Captions and hooks are drafted by AI models from the brand and project details you provide. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable. You can, and should, review and edit captions before they are posted.
• You are responsible for the inputs you provide and for the output you publish. AI output is not professional (legal, financial, medical or technical) advice and must not be relied on as such without human review.
• Where a platform requires AI content to be labelled, you must comply; we use the platform's labelling features where available.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use PostingAja for:

• unlawful activity, fraud or spam;
• infringing other people's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• deepfakes, non-consensual sexual content, or using a person's likeness without their explicit consent;
• hate speech, harassment, threats, or exposing other people's personal data;
• fake testimonials, false claims or content that deceives consumers;
• distributing malware, probing for vulnerabilities, scraping, overloading, or circumventing limits of the service or the platforms (including attempts to jailbreak AI models);
• buying or faking engagement (bots, fake accounts, paid followers or likes).

8. Moderation and infringement reports

We may review, withhold or remove content that breaches these terms. To report content that infringes your rights, email [email protected] with your identity, the content concerned and the basis of your rights. We will follow up and remove the content where the report is substantiated. Repeated intellectual property infringement may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

9. Our intellectual property

The PostingAja software, templates, brand and design belong to us. While subscribed, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service running well but do not guarantee that it is always available, uninterrupted or error-free. Publishing depends on third-party APIs that may fail, change or limit quotas. Maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

11. Payments and subscriptions

During limited testing, PostingAja does not charge. Once paid plans open:

• Plan prices are published on the Pricing page in Indonesian Rupiah, including applicable tax information.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider licensed in Indonesia. We do not store your card numbers or bank details.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You may stop using the service at any time. After your account ends, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice and Data Deletion page.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts (for example restrictions due to content). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or on this site before they take effect.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably and otherwise by the competent courts in Indonesia. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
